Presentation Report (Bread)

 1. Ritsu Kawahara

 She talked about 3 types of bread. Bread is said to have originated in Portugal. Bread specialty stores are popular. Fruit sandwiches made from the bread are also popular. Curry bread is delicious at a shop called Komugino Dorei. Bread that does not use milk, eggs, or wheat is also made.

2.Maika Kawamura

 She talked about Bread high in fat. Bread uses sugar and wheat unlike rice. Therefore, bread is a food containing fat. Especially fried bread is the bread with the highest calories. Bagels are low in calories because they do not use eggs, butter or milk.

3. Yuiho Kawamoto

 She talked about 2 types of bread. The first is curry bread, which is said to have been made in 1927. The second is Danish, which is said to have originated in Austria. Danish pastry is like a pie with wheat, sugar, eggs, yeast and milk. Some of them have fruits and are delicious.

4. Asuka Higo

 She talked about French bread. French bread is made from wheat, water and yeast. Croissants are also popular in Japan and resemble a crescent moon. Brioche is derived from Marie Antoinette and is also a breakfast in France.

5.Rina Aoki

 She talked about School lunch bread. It was an introduction to her hometown, Yamaguchi Prefecture's school lunch bread. There are pine bread and sweet natto bread. Her sweet natto bread is her favorite. She also occasionally served foreign bread and ate Spanish focaccia and Indian naan. She said she wanted to eat fried bread.

6. Mutsumi Matsuda

 She talked about Rice flour bread. Rice flour bread originated in Niigata prefecture. Its greatest feature is that it is gluten-free, and it is recommended for people who are allergic to wheat or who want to diet. Rice flour bread that can be eaten at Kumamoto's school lunch sometimes has a heart shape.

7. Ayana Usui

 She talked about Bread of the world. In France, there are French bread, country bread, croissants and so on. In Italy, there are Focaccia, Ciabatta, Glishing and so on. Glishing has a texture similar to crackers. In Germany, there is Prietzel. There is a Danish pastry in Denmark.

8. Natsuki Kurose

 She talked about Convenience store bread. She introduced the bread ranked in the YouTube video of the comedian. Bread from convenience stores such as Seven-Eleven, Yamazaki, and FamilyMart was introduced. Recently, it was also reported that the types of bread are increasing.
